Minimal intervention, 100% vegan this natural wine is a blend of shiraz, pinot noir and grenache. Shiraz for deep dark cherry and soft red berry fruit flavours, and for that classic spice and bush herbs notes; then Pinot Noir adds sweet blueberry and raspberry fruits and with a charry barrel ferment seasoning. The sweetness and light cherry liqueur fruit notes of Grenache rounds out the blend. Lively aromatics of freshly crushed blueberries mingle with plush raspberry and crunchy plum touched with a char and sarsaparilla spice.
