This minimal intervention natural Rosé is a blend of chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Dusty rose petals, orange blossom and wet stone rise from this delicate wine, with flavours of gentle, raw summer berries, a twist of citrus and a dash of savoury herbs. Silky and soft in the middle, and then balanced with a fine mineral dust acidity to give a crisp, clean finish.
