Refund & Return Policy

BottlO´Briens offer returns (refunds) in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged or does not match the items ordered we will gladly refund you the price of your purchase including delivery charges or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

To arrange a refund or return please call directly on (02) 9523 4037 or email us to cheers@bottlobriens.com as soon as you identify the problem.To be eligible for a refund/return, BottlO'Briens must be notified within seven days of receipt of your delivery. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Where goods delivered are faulty, damaged, or do not match the items ordered by you, BottlO'Briens will arrange for pick-up of the items and cover all costs of return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
