Canada Bay Ale is a super easy drinking Australian Pale Ale brewed for the locals. An all Australian hop bill of Cascade and Galaxy impart some light citrus and stone fruit, but the real goal here is just a totally smashable, refreshing, thirst quenching pale ale. With a light body, restrained malt profile and satisfyingly bitter finish, this beer is the perfect one for a hot day.
