Akasha Mosaic IPA

The same malt and yeast bill from Hopsmith IPA but with the single hop treatment! Mosaic began life as a once-a-year seasonal release, but was so popular it was made part of the Akasha core range. The lean malt profile really allows the Mosaic hops to shine through with super bright expressions of melon and stone fruits, followed by a moderate bitterness to ensure you keep coming back for more.
